Mike Eckley: In 2007 I was hired on as The Nature Conservancy's first outreach forester within the Pennsylvania Chapter. Having been born and raised in Centre County, it was a dream come true to come home and work to promote and practice sustainable forest management in a region that lies close to my heart.
